It might be a simple concept but here is a little bit of a process in order to do this because there’s no feature in how Power Automate is currently setup that enables you to add comments to your flow steps. This technique is going to come in handy when you need to leave an audit trail for a smooth onboarding or transition in case you need to turnover the flow to someone else in your organization.
