LC has 4000 rows of Excel data. After every two rows, he wants to insert a blank row. How can he quickly insert 2000 blank rows in the data? My solution today involves a formula to create alternating cells with text and numbers. Then Home, Find & Select, Go To Special. Select all Formula cells that result in Text. This selects every other row. You can then Insert Sheet Rows and you are done in less than 60 seconds.

Carl Pepperseed, on assignment in the Burmese Jungle, reports that his =IMAGE() function in Excel suddenly started returning a #CONNECT! error. While we all feel bad for Carl, maybe that means that IMAGE is now Dynamic? If we could just figure out what Carl did to bring that #CONNECT! error!
How about F9? No.
How about Ctrl+Alt+F9? No.
How about F2 / Enter? No.
Replace the URL and then Undo? The image is still there.
Copy the sheet within the workbook? No.
How about Copy the Sheet to a new Workbook? That seems to be it.

Excel Challenge How Did Bill Manage To BREAK The Excel Status Bar Sum #shorts

There was a scary post online today… the Excel Status Bar sum was WRONG! But it is not wrong… it is a great trick that will win you bar bets from your Excel guru friends!

The Status Bar sum is CORRECT when you select from bottom to top!
But it is INCORRECT when you select from top to bottom!
