Greg Philps leads Problem of the Week #11. A not-uncommon problem that almost every Power BI user experiences is maintaining project balance. A project expands in scope over time, and when one side of the “Project Management Triangle” changes, at least one of the other sides changes reactively as well. For this week’s problem, we want to explore how the project quality can remain fixed.
We did things a little differently this time: instead of giving a DAX or Power Query issue and a starting-point PBIX, the problem is more of a general Power BI Desktop design and development challenge. We’ve posed a question and provided a small set of sample data, with the goal to see what can be developed from scratch.
